Subject: A ball and Chain!!
This was a great film, even thought the titles have been replaced. The filmmakers mixes things up here with Felix, as we see a lot of animation in live action footage. Felix here has to try to get his star player out of jail (the cops are a bit harsh arent they?) because it's the only way they can win the big game against the um "Tar-Heels (don't ask). More and more, I can imagine the filmmakers used Chaplin as a model for Felix, as there are plenty of mannerisms in his style (like when he catches the ball)
